Wolfgang Baur is a game designer. He worked on Dungeons & Dragons products for both TSR and Wizards of the Coast, beginning with a stint as assistant editor for Dungeon Magazine, and including material for the Al-Qadim and Planescape campaign settings. Baur also worked on the Alternity role-playing game.

Wolfgang Baur eventually founded Open Design, which later became known as Kobold Press. He also worked on material for Paizo's Pathfinder role-playing game.
