The conjured wall is a barrier of ominous, foreboding shadow. A creature or object on the other side of the wall can only be seen as a dim shadow - creatures attacking through the wall do so at a -2 penalty to the attack roll.
Moving through the wall, one must confront its supernatural chill and darkness, which causes a sudden fear. Creatures of 4 Hit Dice or less that enter the wall must succeed in a saving throw vs. spell or retreat for 1d3 rounds. Creatures of 4+1 to 7 HD must make a successful saving throw to enter the wall, though they can try every round. Undead creatures, and those of 7+1 HD or more ignore this effect of the wall and can pass through it easily. The wall can take any shape the caster desires, as long as it is at least 10 ft. high and 10 ft. thick.
