Talking Doll

The talking doll is a magic item appearing in Dungeons & Dragons.[1]

Powers[]

The talking doll repeats whatever phrases it is programmed to speak. To program it, an individual speaks up to six short phrases. Each phrase cannot be more than six words in length. The doll has to be within 5 feet (1.5 meters) of the speaker. These phrases are not permanent and they can be replaced with new ones. The individual then sets a condition upon which the doll speak, such as someone picking it up or walking past it.[1]

The talking doll is a common wondrous item and it requires attunement.[2]
