Squirrels are small arboreal mammals that dwell in forests, scurrying acrobatically in the canopy. They have keen hearing and eyesight. Their main use to adventurers is as familiars or messengers, or as a form that a druid may take. Forest gnomes can speak with squirrels, and a swarm of squirrels may be dangerous.
