The robe of bones is a useful magical robe adorned with depictions of undead figures. Each can be detached to summon an undead in the figure's likeness, although the undead is not under the control of the wearer.[1]

When created, a robe has twelve figures in total: two zombies and skeletons each of a goblin, human commoner, and wolf.[1]

Users of the robe of bones primarily include necromancers, among them Demise,[2] the warforged Sever Brave,[3] Eldara Lilybrook, and cultist of Graz'zt,[4].
