The book was written by Dori Jean Hein and Colin McComb. Art was provided by Dee Barnett, Peggy Cooper, Tony DiTerlizzi, Sarah Feggestad, Dawn Murin, Robert Repp and Robh Ruppel.

On July 01, 2014, it was re-released in digital format. It is currently available on DriveThruRPG and Dungeon Masters Guild for $9.99.
