Phlegmatic imps are imps of ill-humor who embody the self-interest and introspection of the humor of phelgm.[1]

Description[]

Phlegmatic imps have green-tinged skin and eyes seemingly unable to focus.[1]

Personality[]

Phlegmatic imps are lazy narcissists more forward thinking than others of their time, who spend most time thinking of ways to get others to do their work for them.[1]

Abilities[]

A phlegmatic imp's contagion induces mindfire or slimy doom. Their induced imbalance afflicts their victims with a sluggish, apathetic and unresponsive condition akin to the slow spell that reduces their ability to do anything, although they may get it back upon attacking or being attacked and the state can be undone with a haste spell. The element they resist is cold.[1]

Combat[]

Phlegmatic imps prefer to let others fight for them, fighting only when the risk is minimum.[1]
