Makes a spell permanent. The referee can decide if a spell is able to be made permanent, and how many permanent spells can be placed on one object or creature (recommended: once per object, and twice per creature). A permanent spell can be dispelled by a dispel magic cast at at least twice the level of the permanent spell's caster.
