Ottar the Moody is a shop vendor in the underground dwarven mining town of Forgehome. His small shop is an outlander's exchange, which sells magic items and equipment to visiting adventurers.
The business was previously owned by his father, until he was killed in a mining accident. Ottar's dreams are to earn enough money to finance an expedition to the ruins of Deepreach.[1]
