Melancholic imps are imps of ill-humor who embody the depression and apathy of the humor of melancholy.[1]

Description[]

Melancholic imps have ashen faces with mournful expressions.[1]

Personality[]

Melancholic imps are pessimistic fatalists with bleak worldviews.[1]

Abilities[]

A melancholic imp's contagion induces blinding sickness or filth fever. Their induced imbalance afflicts their victims with a deep depression that reduces their ability to do anything, although they may get it back upon attacking or being attacked. The element they resist is acid.[1]

Combat[]

Melancholic imps prefer to avoid combat through conversation by propounding their perspectives, though have no scruples against backstabbing when given the opportunity.[1]
