Manual of the Planes is a 160-page sourcebook for Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition released in December 2008.

It follows two previous books by the same name: Manual of the Planes (1e) (1987) and Manual of the Planes (3e) (2001).

Manual of the Planes was written by Richard Baker, Rob Heinsoo, and James Wyatt. Art was provided by Howard Lyon.

Release[]

Manual of the Planes was released by Wizards of the Coast in December 2008 for $29.95 US, or $34.00 Canadian.[1]

On December 8, 2015, it was re-released in digital format. It is currently available on DriveThruRPG and Dungeon Masters Guild for $14.99.
