Lucien is a male elf rogue appearing in the Player's Handbook (3.5) (2003) web enhancement.

Lucien became a thief at a young age, for an elf, and travels among both elven and human lands working as a burglar-for-hire for wealthy patrons. His specialties are gathering information to locate an item, sneaking in, and getting back out again unnoticed.
