Hadrakk's Tome is a book on the use of truenames. It consists of multiple volumes, and details the use of a category of truename magic known as the Lexicon of the Perfected Map.[1]

This book is considered a core reference to the use of truename magic. It deals primarily with magic which affects places. It is among the most difficult forms of truename magic.

Other key tomes on truename magic include Analects of Vondellak, which deals with common names and modes of address of living creatures, and The Spotted Libram, which details the common nouns of inanimate objects.
