The gummi bear, also known as gummies, is a joke creature introduced in Dragon #282 (Apr 2001).

Description[]

Gummi bears are formed from gummi, a substance of half-molten sweeteners. They come in various bright colors. They usually take the shape of bears, but also form worms, frogs, and South Carolinian senators named Strom.[1][2]

They are peculiar ceratures, but smell nice, and are peaceful unless attacked. In their natural environment, they like to stick together. In alignment, they are as neutral as a Swiss druid during World War II.[1]

Abilities and traits[]

Gummies have the ability to clump together and absorb enemies, suffocating them. Individually, they attack by tickling.[1]
