Gisel

Gisel is a fisherman who once possessed the Hand of Vecna.

Gisel lived during the reign of Hamoch of Tyrus. He discovered the Hand of Vecna by chance, who kept it for decades without seeing any need to use it. Gisel was eventually murdered by his brother, who stole the artifact for himself and fled to the city of Tyrus.

Gisel's brother was waylaid en route to Tyrus by a bandit named Mace, who used the Hand to conquer the city and overthrow the ruler.
