Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (3e) was written by Ed Greenwood, Sean K Reynolds, Skip Williams, and Rob Heinsoo. Art was provided by Robert Campbell, Sherry Floyd, Robert Raper, Todd Lockwood, Sam Wood, Matt Wilson, Carlo Arellano, Stephanie Pui-Mun Law, Rob Lazzaretti, Todd Gamble, and Dennis Kauth.

Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (3e) was released by Wizards of the Coast in June 2001 for $39.95 US.[1]
On July 8, 2014, it was re-released in digital format. It is currently available on DriveThruRPG and Dungeon Masters Guild for $15.99. The poster map was not included.
