Focalor is a Duke of Hell in the service of Mammon, in the Dungeons & Dragons roleplaying game.

Publication history

Focalor first appears in Ed Greenwood's article "The Nine Hells Part I" in Dragon #75 (1983).[1]

Focalor was briefly detailed in Fiendish Codex II: Tyrants of the Nine Hells (2006).[2]

Focalor appears as a thin, bearded, middle-aged human sage with power and heavy concerns, until he unfurls his feathered wings from his flowing robes or reveals his brown cloven hooves. He wears an iron gauntlet on his right hand as his badge of office.

Focalor is a vassal of Mammon, acting as Mammon's seneschal.
