Outlines objects or creatures with pale, glowing light of blue, green, or violet. A creature must be fully outlined before a second one can be outlined, until the caster has outlined 12 linear feet per level. Outlined creatures (including invisible creatures) are visisble at 8" in the dark, and 4" if the viewer is near a bright light source. Outlined creatures give those hitting them +2 to their attack rolls.
