The target of this spell becomes more attractive and alluring, even glowing with a slight inner light (a glow in darkness, or sparkles in the light), raising their Charisma by 2 points (to a maximum of 19). As an illusion, those with cause to disbelieve the illusion can make a save vs. spell to negate the effect of increased Charisma on them.
