Eldritch knight

The eldritch knight is a prestige class and character class archetype in Dungeons & Dragons. They are warriors with spellcasting ability.

D&D 3rd edition

The eldritch knight was introduced as a prestige class in the Dungeon Master's Guide (3.5) (2003).

D&D 4th edition

The eldritch knight returned as a paragon path in Dragon #395 (Jan 2011).

D&D 5th edition

The eldritch knight was one of the fighter archetypes in the Player's Handbook (5e) (2014).
