This list of templates lists templates you can and should use when editing the site.
In-line templates
These are used in text, usually to create links or formatting.
Formatting
- {{item}}: Link to a magic item. Alias: {{i}}
- {{spell}}: Link to a spell. Alias: {{s}}
- {{spoiler}}: Notice that spoilers follow. Usually used in adventure module pages.
- {{citation needed}}: Citation needed. Use when a piece of text requires a cited source to verify.
- {{clear}}: For clearing floats.
- {{main}}: A section header for a section which has its own article.
- {{topquote}}: An illustrated quote at the top of an article. Abbreviated {{Q}}. Use quotes either from D&D sourcebooks or the works which inspired D&D.
- {{Faerun}}: Just the text "Faerûn". Use as {{subst:Faerun}}.
Book titles
These are for linking to books or magazines, optionally with a page number or range (and for magazines, an issue number and article name).

Page notices
