Dungeon Master's Guide II was written by Jesse Decker, David Noonan, Chris Thomasson, James Jacobs, and Robin D. Laws. Art was provided by Matt Cavotta.

Dungeon Master's Guide II was released by Wizards of the Coast in June 2005 for $39.95 US, or $55.95 Canadian.[1]
On January 22, 2013, it was re-released in digital format. It is currently available on DriveThruRPG and Dungeon Masters Guild for $19.99.
