Dungeon #145 was released by Paizo Publishing in Apr 2007.

Although Paizo later released most D&D 3rd edition issues of Dungeon in PDF form, issues #83, #91, #138, and #140-150 were never released digitally as the company's contract with Wizards of the Coast expired in 2007.
