Reception and influence[]
Critical reception[]
In 2024, Grognardia reviewed "The Deities & Demigods of the World of Greyhawk". He praised the article as memorable and interesting for expanding the world of the The World of Greyhawk Fantasy World Setting (1980), but felt Gygax devoted too much space to combat statistics of deities which would rarely be used.[1]
