The book was written by Alana Abbott, Michele Carter, Dave Chalker, Jeremy Crawford and R. A. Salvatore. Art was provided by Kalman Andrasofszky, Jason Bennett, Zoltan Boros and Devon Caddy-Lee.


Dragon #429 was released by Wizards of the Coast in for $[missing data] US or $[missing data] Canadian.

On December 22, 2015, it was re-released in digital format. It is currently available on DriveThruRPG and Dungeon Masters Guild for $1.79.
