Debuted in Men & Magic, for the cleric. Anti-clerics can use the spell as well. Supplement 3: Eldtritch Wizardry allows druids to use the spell as well, though at a lower level.

Creates enough drinkable water to last 12 people and 12 horses one full day. The amount created doubles for every level about 8th of the caster.

Creates enough food for 12 people for one day. For every level above 8th that the cleric attains, the amount of food doubles.

Creates 4 gallons of clean, drinkable water (like rainwater) in the area per caster level. The water can be created in an area as small as will actually contain it (such as jugs and barrels) or up to one cubic yard. The water cannot be created inside a living being. The water will last until it is used, it evaporates, etc.
DM's Advice: It is not possible to create water inside a living creature.
Reversed[]
The reverse destroyes up to 4 gallons of water per caster level, leaving no trace (no vapor, mist, fog, or steam) behind.
