REF2 Character Record Sheets is a product released for Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd edition in 1989.

Official synopsis[]

What weapon would you choose when you have to fight a 100-foot dragon? What are your chances of falling off the cliff and breaking your neck? Do you still have that certain magical potion or did your character drink it last week?

These questions, and many more, can be answered when you fill out your all new AD&D® 2nd Edition Character Record Sheet. Record your character's ability scores, possessions, background, and much, much more!

And the new record sheets are formatted more clearly than ever for faster, more spontaneous role-playing fun!

The product consists mainly of a set of character sheets. It includes a sample filled-in character sheet for Jacord Han-Aziz, an elf character played by Steve Winter; a Player Character Generation Worksheet & Flowchart; and a set of three-page character sheets.

REF2 Character Record Sheets was released by TSR in 1989 for $8.95 US.

A reprint with the AD&D 2nd edition revised cover style was later made. It featured the same cover art, product ID, and ISBN.

On January 1, 2001, it was re-released in digital format. It is currently available on DriveThruRPG and Dungeon Masters Guild for $4.95. The version sold is the newer printing with the revised style cover.
