Alternate cover
According to the book's inside cover, Baldur's Gate: Descent Into Avernus was printed in September 2019. The store release date was Sep 17.[1] Game stores also received an exclusive alternate cover,[2] by Hydro74; this cover depicts the skull of Bhaal, bound on either side by the sword of Zariel, on the front, and Zariel on the back.
